Adventureeeeeeeeeeeees Of The Half Baked Potato!
Ladies and gentlefishies,
So what've I been up to this weekend?

Well there was this big delivery truck that turned turtle at the road leading to my housing area. Oh dear :( Poor thing. I hope the driver wasn't hurt. I can't imagine what would've happened for the truck to lose balance like that. It caused a little bit of a traffic jam that morning.

We had lunch at this place in Klang that has like 30 over varieties of porridge. Whoaaaaaa. It was quite nice but very filling - one order is enough for two persons man, believe me.

What is porridge without 'yau char kwai' :P

Okay okay, picture quality sucks coz this was taken with my phone's camera rather than the actual camera.
I spent the rest of the day looking for a coconut husk bracelet that is supposed to er...help me bring peace into my being and life and etc etc etc.

I was told that it is usually found in pasar malam (night markets) but I couldn't wait. I wanted to get one like now now now now now! (now was like in the afternoon but yes, I'm such an impatient bugger).
So I got into my car and put-putted my way to Summit USJ. Got caught in the mother of all traffic jams. Walked around. Couldn't find it.
Next, I put-putted to One Utama shopping complex. I have realised that if I were to park in One World hotel's parking and walk across to 1Utama, it beats the hell out of fighting with the rest of the world for parking there. Even at 3 pm, parking was so easy to find! But the moment I walked into One Utama, the crowd had me feeling claustrophobic. Whoaaaaaa - where'd all these people come from? I'll bet I was the only mad one amongst them who's sole purpose was to go look for a coconut husk bracelet. *hiaks hiaks hiaks*

Unfortunately, I didn't find the bracelet *ears droop in dismay*.
So off I went, put-putted to Amcorp Mall. They had a flea market there. Surely they would sell a bracelet of this nature there....right?
Wrong-o.
Maaaaaaaaan. At that moment, I wanted to stomp my feet in frustration. How hard can it be to find one measly little coconut husk bracelet, dammit! I was looking for peace but it seems that I found aggravation instead :P
Finally, my one last ditch was to go check out the night market in Taman Megah. After rounding the area for half an hour and finally finding a parking, I found the stall that sells it within 2 mins. Well what d'ya know.

I was so happy to find it, I almost told the man I wanted to buy whatever stock he had :P Ok, now now, control yourself. I purchased 4 instead and am now as happy as a crab :)

Will I find peace? Will I now be able to find that precarious balance in my life again and face Mondays with renewed enthusiasm?
I don't know but hey, I'm about to find out. Y'know, I'd gladly plaster this to my forehead if I was sure it was going to grant me the serenity within that I have been so badly looking for in the last month or so.
Happy Sunday, peeps!
